We have carefully developed and produce our Landis Revin product line. We believe it is of the highest purity, quality and potency available.
For these reasons we are happy to offer our customers an unconditional 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with the products you have purchased at LandisRevin.com, regardless of the reason, you can simply return the unused portion within 30 days for a product refund of the product purchase. Item(s) must be received by Landis Revin within 30 days of original order ship date. Shipping charges are Not Refundable.
Please include your name address, daytime phone number, and reason for return along with your product and send the product to the address below.
Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. All others of the same product must be in a factory sealed container for refund.
Please Note: Customers are responsible for the postage on return items and will not be refunded for those charges. When you order with us, you are agreeing to our Refund Policy and the Terms and Conditions presented herein.
We will credit your account once we receive your return. All returns are the responsibility of the customer and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please contact us if you wish to return an item.

Domestic Shipping
LandisRevin.com offers a variety of different shipping methods for our customers to choose from during the ordering process. Most orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours. Simply because you selected an expedited shipping method (such as UPS 2nd Day Air), Does Not Guarantee you will receive it within 2 days. The Shipping method applies once the order is shipped. Shipping and handling costs are automatically calculated and displayed when you click the "Apply&quit; button before finalizing your order. Most of our domestic orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This service usually takes 2 business days to receive. We also offer UPS Ground (best for heavier packages), UPS 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select. We provide Canadian Parcel Post for Canadian residents and Global Air Mail for all customers outside the United States and Canada.

We pride ourselves on shipping orders quickly. Each product is assigned an "availability" on the product description page. This availability often reads "usually ships same business day". Orders received until 1 p.m. Eastern time usually ship the same business day.
International Shipping
- Landis Revin ships to over 30 countries and assumes No Responsibility for orders shipped outside the USA. When you place your order with us, you are assuming all Risks for Lost, Stolen, Delayed or Impounded Orders. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. When you place your order, you are Agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
We ship most International orders via Global Air Mail and it takes approximately 6-8 Days (some orders may take as long as 2-4 weeks if they are delayed by Customs). This is a very economical way to ship internationally and costs for Canadian Air Parcel orders usually start at $5.00 and under $14 on almost all other countries.
- Laws are different in every country and we cannot monitor them all. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to see if your country permits the shipment of our products to your country. At this time, we are only able to ship to those countries made available under our Shipping Menu.
- If the package is lost, stolen or seized by Customs - for any reason - and we do not receive the package back, we will Not issue you a refund. Foreign packages that are lost or stolen will not be refunded. If we do receive the package back after being seized, you are still responsible for the shipping charges.
- You are responsible for any duties or taxes that may apply. We do not collect any duties or taxes from you and do not know how much they will cost you. Check with your country. We report the exact amount of the sale on the Customs form. If you tell us the item is a Gift, we will tag it as such.
- The description of the package contents on the Customs form, usually reads:
" Personal Care- For
Personal Use Only."
